What are the sizes of the lots ?

A: The lot sizes vary, but are approximately 6500 sq. ft. and up. All of the lots have been carefully designed to provide a magnificent building site, taking into consideration lake, forest, views, access, drainage and all other important items.

Are there any amenities at Lone Oak?

Is this a deed restricted development ?

A: Yes, to complement the look of the lake and Texas Wildlife Preserve and maintain the high quality of the development and property values there are covenants that protect all owners of the development.

Do you ever have to build on your lot?
A: No. You may buy your own lot now and build at any time, or hold for investment purposes.

Are we able to use our own builder?
A: Yes, you can use your own builder, but your plans must be approved by the architectural control committee.

Can I purchase more than one lot, and have them adjacent to each other?

A: Yes, under certain circumstances you can buy two lots side by side and have the lot resurveyed to combine the two lots into one even larger lot.

Is financing available for my purchase?
A: Yes, financing is available to meet the many different needs of various buyers.
