No. You may buy your own lot now and build at any time, or hold

able to use our own builder?

Yes, you can use your own builder, but your plans must be approved
by the architectural control committee.
Can I
purchase more than one lot, and have them adjacent to each other?

Yes, under certain circumstances you can buy two lots side by side
and have the lot resurveyed to combine the two lots into one even
larger lot.

available for my purchase?
